is this program a diet?
No. This program is NOT a diet. Diets have you giving up things you like, passing on whole food groups, counting calories or getting use to complex dietary programmes. Oh, and did I say they will make you feel miserable too? This ecourse on the other hand is a regime that shows you how to apply some simple principles to help you change your attitude to food and eating. You will discover how to eat like French women, get rid of your guilt and stress around food, and hopefully you will enjoy life again.
