Video - How To Make a Quiche  Lorraine - French Recipe

In this video, I share my recipe for the French Quiche Lorraine (Ingredients list below).

INGREDIENTS

Pâte Brisée (or Shortcut Pastry) - My baking dish is 12in across
200g Smoked Lardons (or Smoked Bacon)
6 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of Milk
3 Full Tablespoons of Crème Fraîche (Cream)
50 to 70g Grated Gruyère (or Cheddar)
A Sprinkle of Grated Nutmeg

Bake at 180C or 200C (356F or 390F) for 20-25 min (depending on ovens).

Other Options:
You can use: puff pastry instead of shortcut; or diced ham instead of the smoked lardons.​
